Our challenge was to make a card using a cup of some type - a cup of cheer card. After much searching for just the right cup design, I finally decided on the Joys of the Season cartridge and cut out my cup. I then embossed it with a floral design Cuttlebug folder, used my Stampin' Up pastel chalks and chalked in the raised areas on the cup. I started with a standard A2 card in Purple cardstock, matted with white cardstock, then embossed the lighter purple square with Dotted Swiss. Added the two flowers cut from my Cricut and placed rhinestones in the center of the flower on the cup as well as the corner flowers. I used White Stickles to accent the "steam" from the cup. The purple sheer ribbon from Ribbon FX and thank you message were added last.

FCCB Challenge #47
The Fabulous Cricut Team wanted a project featuring our favorite weather season. This was easy for me as I just completed a winter scrapbook for my family featuring Winter Frolic, Winter Woodland and Joys of the Season cartridges. I made a 12 x 12 page featuring building a snowman.
Jitterbuggin Challenge
Morning All! I just got back from a long scrapbooking weekend and here it is the weekend again already! I am working on cards this week and here is my entry in the Jitterbuggin Challenge for this week. I had to use rick rack, make it a birthday card and follow the sketch:
I used green cardstock, striped paper that I inked in chocolate brown. The birthday blessings message was cut using my Cricut machine as well as the pink heart. I also inked the edges of the pink heart and the pink backing paper behind the brown. I added a triple layer of paper cut flowers with an enamel brad. A few little happiness lines with Distressed White Stickles and a sparkly pink ribbon rick rack completed the card.

Clean & Simple Sunday Challenge #6
This is a new challenge that I found while checking out other challenge entries. Using Stampin' Up products and making the cards clean and simple is the theme. I had to follow the sketch above for the card. I used paper, stamp and ribbon all from Stampin' Up. I embossed the right side of the center insert with round flowers. The flower is a layered paper set with a pink rhinestone center.
Mojo Monday #177
Good Morning Monday! This Mojo Monday Challenge was difficult for me - I have half of my supplies packed and ready for my retreat starting on Friday.....just worked with what was available to me. I decided to use several colors (Green Card, Razzleberry Purple for the first layer. - from Stampin' Up) in this challenge, all of which were based on the striped pattern paper. I Cuttlebugged in the Circle Flower pattern on the blue, stamped with my Stampin' Up "Sweet" stamp. I found this really cool flower with a blue rhinestone center that matched the blue embossed strip. Added a few rhinestones to accessorize and the card was finished. After the challenge is over I will be mailing it to a friend just to let her know how truly "sweet" she is!

MoJo Monday Challenge
The Mojo Monday Challenge always starts my week off right! This week we had to make a square or round card, featuring a "wave" on the card. I chose the square card.
Friday Mashup Color Challenge #29
I think this has been my favorite card so far this week! The challenge was to use Stampin' Up paper colors River Rock, Pink Pirouette and Peach Parfait.
I used paper colors that were very similar to the ones specified from Stampin' Up. I Cuttlebugged my 2 center layers, stamped Delight in Life (Stampin' Up). Ribbon from Hobby Lobby. Paper flowers (Oriental Trading) accented with Icicle Stickles and a pink rhinestone brad. The 3 small pink dots are Rain Dots from Big Lots.
Hope you enjoy, I do Delight in Life!

Die Cuttin Divas Bonus Challenge
Die Cuttin Divas were looking for a winter themed creation using any die cutting machine. I chose to use my Cricut Winter Wonderland cartridge.
I cut out snowflake tags, backed them with patterned paper, used Stickles to accent the snowflakes and added a lavender snowflake brad to the center of each tag. Using my Cuttlebug I embossed Let It Snow with the Dotted Swiss plate. The Snowman is a metal brad that I purchased from Oriental Trading. I tied a piece of fluffy thread around the O. All papers were scraps from Stampin' Up!

The Scrapmaster Color Combo #85
I just started making cards for the Scrapmaster's Paradise Color Combo's. The requirements were to use Stampin' Up paper - Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Marina Mist.
I used paper scraps for most of this project! I didn't have the exact colors of paper required but tried to match as closely as possible. I Cuttlebugged the center blue with flower swirls, stamped Friends (stamp purchased at Big Lots), layered purchased yellow flowers, blue rhinestone brad and olive green ribbon (all purchased from Oriental Trading). I used Icicle Stickles to accessorize the flower petals.
Just as I stamped the word Friends our power went out due to the big storm! Had to finish my card by lantern light!!
